Access data

We, the website operator or page provider, collect data about access to the website on the basis of legitimate interests (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and store this as “server log files” on the website server. The following data is logged:

  • Website visited
  • Time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you accessed the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address

The collected data is used solely for statistical analyses and to improve the website. The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to investigate misuse. If data must be retained for evidence purposes, it will be excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

SSL encryption (HTTPS protocol)

This website uses SSL encryption to best protect your transmitted data. You can recognize such encrypted connections by the prefix “https://” in your browser’s address bar. Unencrypted pages are indicated by “http://”. All data you transmit to this website – for example via enquiries or logins – cannot be read by third parties thanks to SSL encryption.

Order processing and hosting

We host our website with GMX. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with GMX in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to ensure that data is processed in compliance with data protection regulations.

Collection and processing of personal data

The website operator collects, uses and discloses your personal data only if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data. Personal data includes all information that can be used to identify you and which can be traced back to you, such as your name, email address and telephone number.

You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. However, to improve our online offering, we store your access data to this website (without personal reference). This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet service provider. Due to anonymization, it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person.

Email communication

If you contact us by email, the data you provide, including your contact details, will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).

Contact form

If you send us an enquiry using the contact form provided, the data you enter in the form, including the contact details you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, telephone number and optionally website and message), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

The data entered in the contact form is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

You expressly grant your consent by submitting the form and agreeing to the processing of your data. You can revoke this consent at any time with future effect. To do so, simply send us an informal email.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed), provided there are no legal obligations to retain it.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting our website from abuse and spam (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
